tasty

I forgot to post another thing Reuben liked to eat during our hospital stay: embroidery floss.

I had bought some new colors and let him help while I wound them on their neat little cards. Butter yellow had to be snipped into 5 pieces before I could untangle it, and it is still a bit stiff with sweet baby drool.

I really thought he was eating noodles, until I read your caption. Embroidery floss is always good too.

I thought it was noodles too, thinking you were going to say you tricked him into with a switch.

I am of the opinion that anytime you can get floss of any kind into a child's mouth it is a small victory.

It's funny I sometimes put that stuff in my mouth to KEEP it from tangling. HEHE

Love these photos and your attitude about life. If my baby had been chewing on the floss I would not have been so happy. Guess I need to relax and enjoy a little bit more:)

He looks like he's enjoying the thread...kids are so oral at that age, they learn from putting things in there mouth. Hannah would make me gag sometimes the things she would try to eat...couldn't be tasty.
